Varsity Head Coach: Desiree Hitch (Domingues)

Desiree Domingues graduated from Righetti High school in 2008, where she played 4 years of varsity basketball. During her high school career, Desiree was the league's Defensive MVP for 3 years in a row. After high school, Desiree went on to play on the Women's Basketball team at California State University of Los Angeles. Desiree graduated from CSULA in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Desiree continued her education at Brandman University, earning her teaching credential as an Education Specialist. During the 2015 - 16 and 2016 - 17 seasons, Desiree was named the LCCN "Coach of the Year" award both years. Desiree was name Pag Meter's Central Section Coach of the Year in 2021. Desiree has led the warriors to a Division 1 CIF Central Section Championship in 2021, the first CIF Championship for Righetti Girls Basketball since 1972. From 2015 - 2022, the warriors have an overall record of 69 - 16 in league. Desiree earned her 100th career win against Mission Prep on January 3, 2020. 
Varsity Assistant Coach: Natalie Gruspe
 
Natalie Gruspe graduated from Righetti High School in 2006. While a student at Righetti, Natalie played varsity basketball and varsity softball. Natalie graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development with a Minor in Psychology. Natalie is entering into her 6th year as a coach for Righetti High School. Natalie has been a part of the program as a Freshman Head Coach, Junior Varsity Head Coach, and is now the Assistant Coach to the Varsity team. 
 
Junior Varsity Head Coach: Hannah Miller
 
Hannah Miller attended Santa Maria High for her first two years of high school. While she was there, Hannah played on the varsity basketball team. She was the second leading scorer and voted 2nd team all league as a freshman. For the last two years of high school, Hannah transferred to Pioneer Valley High School and played on the varsity basketball team there. After High School, Hannah went on to play on the Women's basketball team at San Diego Christian College. During her collegiate career, Hannah's team broke the school's winning record. Hannah graduated from San Diego Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
